Scope of Works

Design and Build U-Shaped Marina

  • Design and construct a U-shaped marina using marine-grade aluminum, supported by a 9-meter-long gangway and four 4-inch pipes, each anchored to a 40 Newton cast-in-situ concrete base.

  • The marina will feature 14 GRB floaters, 11 mooring cleats, Rubber-D fenders, and composite wood flooring.

Design and Build Slipway

  • Design and build a slipway to facilitate easy transitions for boats between land and water. With a 1:10 slope ratio, the slipway prioritizes efficiency, safety, and versatility. Utilizing a combination of precast and cast-in-situ concrete, both of which are reinforced with steel bars. The slipway's sides will be protected by a layer of geotextile and rock armor.

Dredge excess Soil, Channel and Maneuvering Area

  • Dredge 10,000 cubic meters of soil to create a navigable channel and maneuvering area for boats, optimizing access to and utilization of the marina and slipway.

Breakwater and Beach Swimming Area

  • Design and build a 50-meter-long breakwater with a roundabout at the end to protect the marina from east winds. The breakwater will include layers of general fill, geotextile, quarry run, and armor rocks for durability and protection, ensuring a long service life for the client.

  • Finalize the area by shaping and disputing the sand to meet the client's specifications.
